This project embeds TurboTax's tax calculator tool directly within a trusted third-party platform, MyADP. Workers get a credible, tax refund estimate, populated with their ADP information without leaving the app they already use.
The previous experience left workers having to exit these platforms and manually enter pay data to get an estimate. This caused friction and lower confidence in the refund estimate.
The updated experience allows real-time payroll data to be pulled and populated right into a calculator powered by TurboTax. It prefills what's already known and asks only for what isn't. The result is a seamless, native experience inside the partner's platform: an instant, trustworthy estimate. For TurboTax, it turns a seasonal touchpoint into a year-round acquisition channel. For ADP, it delivers a differentiated, data-powered benefit for its workers.
